On-site Technical Services
All technical support done at up2speed computer solutions is billed at $75 per hour with a minimum 1 hour charge per visit. Services are then charged in 15 minute increments so you do not pay a two hour charge for an hour and 15 minute service.
Client-site Technical Services
Let us come to you! One call is all it takes and we can be at your place of business lending our expertise to whatever problem you may have. All technical support done at your site is billed at $110 per hour. Individuals must be within a 15 mile radius of our office or an additional $75 trip charge is applied. There is a minimum 1 hour charge per visit. As with our on-site services, services are then charged in 15 minute increments so you do not pay a two hour charge for an hour and 15 minute service.
